Being a shoot location can be fun and financially rewarding, but it is important that a location owner understands that there is an element of work involved.

New enquiries are often fast paced, and they need to be managed with care and attention. At first enquiry stage we will provide you with all of the key elements of the hire, and it is important that you read and understand what you are agreeing to, before accepting a provisional booking.

On the day of hire, the location should be presented in a clean and tidy condition, and as close as possible to the way it is represented on our website. There should be tea and coffee making facilities, and fresh milk for the client to make refreshments. The bathroom should be stocked with loo roll, hand soap and clean towels. You should be present for the team’s arrival in the morning, and also available at the end of the day to carry out a walk around with the client to sign off that you are happy with how the house is being returned to you. If you require a site representative to be present on your behalf we can provide one, the terms of which will be agreed based on each properties requirements.

As a representing agent we offer full support to our location owners and are always available on the telephone to provide advice and guidance. You will always be well informed with the details of a hire before any booking is confirmed
