- Food & Drink Setup: All food & drink must be setup in the Kitchen Space and countertops must be protected. No food or drink to be consumed outside of this space. No acidic foods or drinks such as citrus or red wine to be cut or placed on the concrete kitchen countertops, any spillages to be cleaned up immediately as surface is prone to staining.
- Movement of Items: Re-arranging of small objects and furniture is permitted, please work with either a representative on site or pre-arrange with us for any large furniture moves or artwork moves, especially relating to the dresser in the Kitchen, some pieces are vintage and need care to be moved.
- Any Other House Rules: The homeowner has harps in the location that are fine to be used in the background of shots but movement of them needs to be pre-arranged and by the homeowner only for insurance purposes – not to be moved by crew.
