- Minimum Shoot Length Booking: 4hrs – all shoots must be wrapped and out by 5pm, earliest access is 8am.

- Food & Drink Setup: All food & drink must be setup in the Kitchen Space and countertops must be protected. No food or drink to be consumed outside of this space. Please use table mats and coasters provided for cups/ drinks etc near marble counter tops and island top.
- Movement of Items: Re-arranging of small objects and furniture is permitted, please work with either a representative on site or pre-arrange with us for any large furniture moves or artwork / photography moves.
- Any Other House Rules: Please do not put cups or drinks on any of the fireplaces and use coasters/ table mats provided on all marble counter tops and marble kitchen counter top. If moving furniture please be mindful of floors.
