- Movement of Items: Re-arranging of small objects and furniture is permitted only in the owner’s presence or arranged in advance with the owner, please work with either a representative on site or pre-arrange with us for any large furniture moves or artwork moves. There is a cabinet containing fragile items in the living room that cannot be moved.
- Any Other House Rules: Any smoking or vaping must be done outside and away fromthe house. Please keep noise to a minimum on the drivewayand at the front of the property
