GREAT PHOTOS MATTER
High-quality photography significantly increases bookings and helps your listing stand out. There are three ways to get the right images:
- Hire a Photographer – You’re welcome to use your own photographer. Once onboarded, you’ll find a guide in your Dashboard that outlines exactly what booking agents look for when selecting a location.
- Use a SoScout Photographer – We can provide a quote for one of our professional photographers to shoot your space, including a video walkthrough.
- Take Your Own Photos – Once you are onboarded, there’s a step-by-step guide in the ‘Useful Files’ section of your Dashboard that explains how to capture great photos using a good-quality smartphone.
It’s essential we have clear photos of all areas available for shooting, as this is the first thing agents ask about. While your full set doesn’t need to be perfect, we do require a strong selection of high-quality images to promote your space effectively. Any additional images can be used to provide more detail once an enquiry comes through.
