- Food & Drink Setup: All food & drink must be setup in the Kitchen Space and countertops must be protected. No food or drink to be consumed outside of this space.
- Movement of Items: Re-arranging of small objects and furniture is permitted, please work with either a representative on site or pre-arrange with us for any large furniture moves or artwork moves.
- Any Other House Rules: Please be mindful of other tenants in the building, this is a multi-let building so there’s a need to be conscious of shared spaces (entry, circulation, wcs, kitchenette) and noise. Please double check with us for events if alcohol will or will not be permitted first. Smoke/haze machines, candles, incense, spray painting, cooking, vaping and floor vinyls are not permitted in the space. Blue tack and duct tape are also not allowed on the floor or walls in the space.
